Club Penguin Newspaper Issue 355
Today, Club Penguin has updated its weekly newspaper, the Club Penguin Newspaper Issue 355. In this week’s edition of the Club Penguin Times, we have our main article, supporting article, and our Upcoming Events. The main article was submitted by Aunt Arctic this week and informs us that Rockhopper will be arriving to Club Penguin on August 22nd with some mysterious cargo. Our supporting article lets us know of a new Tropical Igloo Contest that begins on August 9th and lasts until August 14th and that the judges of this contest will be Rockhopper and Aunt Arctic. Last, as always, we have our Upcoming Events article which informs us of events coming to Club Penguin next week or within the next few weeks.
The Migrator has recently been spotted in the telescope at the Beacon which means Rockhopper will be coming back sometime this month. The pirate himself says he’ll be coming with lots of fruits, treasures, and even a party. Here is a quote from one of Rockhopper’s statements from the Club Penguin Times, “ARR! Wait till you see what I’m bringin’ for ya mateys! I’ve got rare treasure from all over the seven seas!” He also says, “I also be bringin’ enough tropical fruit to feed a thousand penguins! To feed ten thousand puffles! Enough to feed at least nine orange puffles!” One of the special treasures Rockhopper will be bringing to us is a very rare statue discovered in an very deep underground, ancient temple. Rockhopper will be arriving to the island on August 22nd so plan accordingly, penguins!
Yet again, we have a supporting article themed about the Tropical Igloo Contest currently taking place on Club Penguin. However, in this article, extra information has been released stating that Aunt Arctic and Rockhopper will be the judges of this awesome Tropical Igloo Contest. So, make sure to decorate your igloos with a tropical theme before August 14th for a chance to win numerous prizes. Club Penguin tells us to make sure that we don’t change our igloo right after the contest is over. Otherwise the judges, Rockhopper and Aunt Arctic, won’t have a chance to view it. Placing first in the contest will provide you with six rare igloo items and one million coins. A second place winner will receive three rare igloo items and only ten thousand coins. The third place winner will find themselves with one rare igloo item and only one thousand coins. Finally, there will be forty runner ups in the contest receiving one thousand coins. But, keep in mind, that every single winner will have their penguin names released in the Club Penguin Times on August 30th. So, make sure to buy the newspaper to seek whether or not you were a winner!
