Main Menu (Starting up the application)

After downloading from the App Store, and opening it, you can either get straight to playing the game, seeing additional information, or link up your online penguin to transfer coins.

Linking your online penguin (Transfering coins via Wi-Fi connection)

Simply enter your Penguin Name and Password and tap login. After each level you complete, the coins will automatically get transferred to your Club Penguin account.

Game Menu (To start playing levels)

There are two main game levels which include 12 sub levels in each main level. Just like on the computer, the levels are Blue Sky and Soda Sunset. Many levels are still locked. There are also other levels you can unlock by achieving a certain goal. To play Time Trial, obtain all Puffle O’s. To play Turbo mode, beat all levels in less than 11 minutes. Lastly, for Slo-Mo, beat all levels in Turbo mode for it. Pictures are below, if you want to take a look:

Gameplay

The game is very similar to the computer version. Same idea, rules, features, and in-game cannons. Simply to play, tap the screen to launch around in different directions.

Positive:

• You can transfer your coins to your Club Penguin account on the go. Soon you’ll be rich enough to get more items on Club Penguin.
• Clean app. This application does not have ads around it, and does not have things to tap on which lead you to an external website.
• Challenging and exciting. There are many levels to challenge yourself in on the go. If you’re bored, start up the game, and play from anywhere!

Negative:

• Many bugs. I know it’s the early stages of the app, but there are many bugs to squash soon.
• It’s just like the computer version. There are maybe some alterations, but its generally the same concept. At least have SOME differ in your games.

Overall Score: 7.5/10

Although my overall score might be low to some, I believe that if Club Penguin or Disney make some updates including bug fixes, and new levels, the game could be a easy 9.5/10.
