Who is Rookie?
Rookie is one of Club Penguin’s newest mascot/character that waddles around the island. He has made two appearances, one at the April Fools Party 2011, and the other at the Underwater Expedition 2012. Rookie is seen in most of the PSA missions. Usually, you have to help him or he’ll guide you in those missions.

Tips on finding Rookie
1. Refresh our tracker every 2-5 minutes for his latest location.
2. Add the tracker to your own site. As mentioned above, copy the given HTML code and paste it onto your site.
3. Rookie will waddle onto popular servers such as Blizzard, Mammoth, and Frozen. Rookie usually waddles to the the command room, and in different Box Dimension rooms.
4. While trying to find him, he looks much different than normal penguins. His appearance stands out, and looks like this:
He is a green penguin wearing red glasses, red propeller hat, and a red Hawaiian dress shirt.
5. If you do find him, click on his playercard (as shown above) and click on the first button to get your free gift, a background/autograph. If you meet him for the first time, you’ll also obtain a stamp for being in the same room as him.
6. Rookie changes servers every 15-25 minutes. Refresh this page to get the latest location of him.
